Hi! I'm Lisa Williams. As the heart and soul behind JoLi Design Solutions (our web design business) and Your Moxie Maven, I bring a warm and welcoming approach to helping businesses thrive. I've taken my love for web design, deep knowledge of Moxie CRM, and natural teaching ability to create something really special - a suite of resources that makes setting up your Moxie feel like a chat with a friend who really gets it.

Starting from my own journey with Moxie, I discovered clever ways to make everything run smoothly. I turned those "aha!" moments into an easy-to-follow system that just works! Your Moxie Maven is my way of sharing all these wonderful discoveries, helping you skip the complicated stuff and jump straight to the good part - getting your business organized in a way that feels natural and fun.

When I'm not geeking out over Moxie, you'll often catch me watching "Friends" (and yes, Rachel and Joey might make surprise appearances in my tutorials 😊). I'm also a huge carrot cake fan, love taking peaceful walks in nature, and you'll find me watching NFL Football and cheering my heart out for the Detroit Lions!
