How much does this cost?

For the setup and data transfer option outlined above, you pay $149. If you want a more involved setup, the cost of that varies based on which Moxie Pro you decided to hire.

Who is eligible for migration?

Anyone who is on a paid plan with Moxie can request and pay for a migration specialist.

What will you move from my current app?

A Moxie migration specialist will pull the data from the .csv file you export from your previous app. We can move clients, contacts, opportunities (prospects), projects, tasks, invoices, expenses, and time sheets.

Can I pay you more to do my set-up faster?

Not right now, but if time is of the essence, a Moxie partner may be able to accommodate your needs.

I'm about to change some things in my business (pricing, offers, etc). Should I wait to migrate?

Nope. Go ahead and move now because it’s easy to change your structure in Moxie and set up new pricing in your new CRM.

Should I still use my other app while you're migrating everything?

If you continue using your other app while we are migrating your data, anything you create in your other app will need to be manually added to Moxie. For example, we will have a time and date that we enter the CSV import of your expenses. Anything after that day won’t be in your .csv file, and you’ll need to re-enter that in Moxie manually.)

Can you set up integrations for me?

Included in your Moxie migration for $149 is connecting your email and calendar. A Moxie partner can tackle more involved integrations like those involving Zapier, Make, or using API.

Have I done too much work already for this to be worth it?

Honestly, maybe? But the only way to know is to chat with us. Use the ? in the lower right and our support team will be able to chat with you and let you know if this is a good option for you and we'll be up front about if it is still a good value for you.
